To prepare for races I plan my training and schedule my shoe purchases on a calendar. This helps me to have adequately broken in running shoes on race days. Yes, some people say I am too picky, but this is what works for me. I have a close friend who runs in an annual military fifty mile race. He never plans and rarely even trains for this race. Mind you, he does not try to win or place, so I guess this can make a difference. However, I cannot imagine running fifty miles in one stretch without proper preparation. He does, however, make sure that he has the proper running shoes.

Have you ever seen a Triangular D-7 Upright Bike-Magnetic before? I hadn’t until I looked online at Synapsemall’s website. This new technology of adding magnets to Fitness Equipment and the exercise machines just totally blew me away. The magnes add resitance to the machine making it adjustable to varying degrees. It has a large seat which is great because I have a slightly larger posterior at the moment. I hope to change that with this machine. It also has all of the thing snecessary to monitor heartrate through the pulse iin your hand and can keep track of all the important things like the distance you have travelled, time it has taken and overall average speeds. The handle bars and the seat are fully adjustable and this is great because I am quite tall and often find it hard to fit onto a normal exercise bike. The colours look great too and I chose a copper one.

I know that this is going to be a fun little thing for me because I do not like my ex at all, and if there is anything that I can do to make him a bit envious of what he lost, then I am going to do it.
